Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the level of safety management model human resource management strategic and working Environment affects the employee efficiency in cold storage in Bangkok. 2) to study the causal factors of safety management model human resource management strategic and working Environment affects the employee efficiency in cold storage in Bangkok, and 3) to present guidelines for the performance efficiency model of cold storage industry employees in Bangkok with empirical data. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative research consisted of 300 samples of employees in cold storage industrial establishments located in Bangkok. The sample size was determined using the criterion of 20 times the observed variable. A stratified random sample was used to collect data using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. For qualitative research, data were collected through in-depth interviews consisting of executives of cold storage industrial establishments that provide comprehensive services, officials from the Department of Factory Industry and academics in refrigeration engineering, a total of 6 people, and data were analyzed using content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) safety management model human resource management strategic and working Environment affects the employee efficiency in cold storage in Bangkok are important at a high level. 2) safety management has the greatest overall causal influence on the performance of cold storage industry employees in Bangkok, followed by human resource management strategic and the internal work environment. 3) Obtain a model of the employee efficiency in the cold storage industry in Bangkok. Its characteristics include safety management with the greatest total influence, followed by work environment and human resource management strategic, respectively. Then, consider the path coefficients of the influential variables on the employee efficiency in the cold storage industry in Bangkok. Therefore, the researcher created a new model that was developed. “A model for safety management model human resource management strategic and working affects the employee efficiency in cold storage in Bangkok” is a model that focuses on the work efficiency of cold storage industry employees in Bangkok in terms of quality of work, workload, time, cost, and most efficient methods.
