Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Investigate the levels of strategic leadership, customer behavior learning, management innovation, and organizational adaptation influencing the success of entrepreneurs in the creative industry, specifically in the visual arts sector focusing on NFT (Non-fungible tokens) digital art in Thailand. 2) Examine the causal factors of strategic leadership, customer behavior learning, management innovation, and organizational adaptation influencing the success of entrepreneurs in the creative industry, visual arts sector, and NFT digital art in Thailand. 3) Propose a success model for entrepreneurs in Thailand's creative industry, visual arts sector, and NFT digital art. This mixed-method research combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. The quantitative research involved a sample of 400 entrepreneurs in the creative industry, visual arts sector, and NFT digital art in Thailand. The sample size was determined using the criterion of 20 times the observed variables. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The qualitative research involved in-depth interviews with 16 individuals, including officials from the Creative Economy Promotion Agency (Public Organization), the president of the Visual Arts Association, and entrepreneurs in the visual arts sector focusing on NFT digital art in Thailand. Data were analyzed using content analysis.

The research findings revealed that 1) Organizational adaptation, entrepreneurial success, customer behavior learning, and management innovation are significantly important. 2) Organizational adaptation has the most significant causal influence on the success of entrepreneurs in the creative industry, visual arts sector, and NFT digital art in Thailand, followed by management innovation, strategic leadership, and customer behavior learning, respectively. 3) The development model is the “OISLS Model.” This model emphasizes financial aspects, stakeholders, internal management processes, and learning and development.
