Abstract

The research objectives are to study 1) the level of strategic innovation capability, emotional intelligence, digital technology, competitive potential and business success of processed seafood entrepreneurs in Bangkok and its vicinity, 2) the influence of strategic innovation capability, emotional intelligence, digital technology, competitive potential on business success of processed seafood entrepreneurs in Bangkok and its vicinity, and 3) to develop a model of strategic innovation capability, emotional intelligence, digital technology, competitive potential and business success of processed seafood entrepreneurs in Bangkok and its vicinity. This research is a mixed-method research and quantitative research.
The sample consists of 420 processed seafood entrepreneurs in Bangkok and its vicinity.The cluster random sampling method was used to collect data by using questionnaires.The data were analyzed by structural equation model. The qualitative research, collected data from in-depth interviews with 17 seafood entrepreneurs, using purposive sampling and content analysis.

The results of the research found that 1) the level of business success of entrepreneurs and digital technology had the highest mean value. Strategic innovation capability, competitive potential and emotional intelligence had a high mean value. 2) Strategic innovation capability, emotional intelligence, digital technology and competitive potential had an impact on the business success of entrepreneurs; and 3) The model of business success of entrepreneurs The researcher developed the “BSC DE Model” which is a model for seafood processing entrepreneurs by introducing modern technology, production innovations that maintain product quality, and using various social media to publicize to reach consumer groups so that they can conduct their business successfully.
