Affecting Factors of the Effectiveness of Prevention and Enforcement of Drugs and Narcotics wide Spread Policy Implementation in Higher Education Institutions in Prachuapkirikhan Province

This research aimed to (1) An Effectiveness of Prevention and enforcement of drugs and narcotics wide spread Policy Implementation in Higher Education Institutions in Prachuapkirikhan Province. (2) To studied a correlations among affecting factors of the successes on Policy Implementation with . the successes of Prevention and enforcement of drugs and narcotics wide spread Policy Implementation in Higher Education Institutions in Prachuapkirikhan Province The population of this study were students of Higher Education Institutions in Prachuapkirikhan Province.The sample was performed By means of Yamane at numbers of 393 persons. Questionnaires were used as data collection tools. Descriptive statistics; Percentage, means and standard deviation, moreover inferential statistics; Multiple Regression were end as analytical tools. The findings were as following; 1) An Effectiveness of Prevention and enforcement of drugs and narcotics wide spread Policy Implementation in Higher Education Institutions in Prachuapkirikhan Province were at high level. and (2) There was a positive correlation among affecting Factors of Prevention and enforcement of drugs and narcotics wide spread Policy Implementation in Higher Education Institutions in Prachuapkirikhan Province. with the successes, moreover it could explain the variations of success at 57.7 percent.
