Abstract

The problem of Muslim minority is contemporary issue. In holistic view it necessitates to strive hard to solve the problem in law aspect together with new concept to look at the problem according to real changing situations or the changing surroundings. To that end the need to reassess the law concerned with Muslim minority in the Islamic law perspective is a must. This research aims to study the extensive, objective and characteristic of Islamic Moral related to Muslim minority and the researcher applies documentary research method to study the proposed suggestion. The result of research reveals as follows;

1. The Islamic moral of Muslim minority is balanced and fair.

2. The Islamic moral of Muslim minority will be extended to     every human  society  in order  that all human-beings  can live      together peacefully ,which will lead the goodness to all mankind together with concordance with the fundamental of righteousness, justice and peace.

3. The Islamic moral of Muslim minority is corresponding with every context and situation of all mankind.

4. The Islamic moral of Muslim minority must be gotten to the point to correct, reform and advice all Muslims and elucidated the facts of Islam , going along with reviewing vague alleged dispassionately to other religious beliefs.

5. The Islamic moral of Muslim minority is naturally wide-open quality with the capacity to integrate with any localities, nations and regions in accordance with any new changes and affairs.
