Pengaruh al-Sunnah dalam Kitab Munyat al-Musalli

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of messenger’s sunnah upon the ruling of prayer in the book Munyat Almusalli of the Pattani famous scholar; Sheikh Daud                  Al-Fatani. This study was conducted through documents and appears that many rulings explained show both in accorded and disaccorded with the sunnah of the prophet; some referred traditions are sohih and some are  da-if. Possibly, the author‘s objective is to give more interested only in rulings of Islamic jurisprudence which concerns with prayer and he did not emphasize in referring completely to the sunnah.
