Abstract

The purpose of this research were 1) to develop an active learning management for teachers under the Office of Basic Education Commission and 2) To study the effectiveness of active learning management. for teachers  This use research and development methods.  Sample include 30 teachers who wish to participate in the development of active learning. Sample of this study selected by purposing sampling.The research method is divided into 2 phases. 1) Development of active learning management. For teachers. 2) To study the effectiveness of active learning instruments used in the research were: document Analyzer and questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include mean ,standard deviation and content analysis.The results found that.

  • Active learning management for teachers under the Office of Basic Education Commission,there are 6 learning activities according to the CLISPA Model are 1) C: Cooperative learning environment 2) L: Learner Centered Learning) 3) I: Information Activities Learning4)S: Solving Problems Leaning 5) P: Practical Evaluation Learning  6) A: Activities all Time Learning.
  • Effectiveness of active learning management for teachers overall level of satisfaction towards proactive learning management ( = 4.56 ) at the highest level of satisfaction. (=4.56) Considering the mean in each activitie, it was found that the higst level  is Innovative Active learning management. (= 4.74) Secondary is organizing learning activities that provide students with information management  (= 4.73) And the least is learning Management (= 4.33)
