Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of ethical leadership of islamic private school administrators under the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province. 2) to compare the ethical leadership of islamic private school administrators under the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province. role of school administrators by variables of gender, age, the level of education, work experience and 3) to analyze problem and suggestions about ethical leadership of islamic private school administrators under the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province. The sample used in the research was a group of 358 teachers under the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province selected by using the Taro Yamane formula. The tool used were 5 rating scale by Likert for 3 parts questionnaires. The data were analyzed using a software package and the statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-Test. When there was difference, it would be tested by Scheffe's Method.
The results of the study were as follows: 1. the level of ethical leadership of islamic private school administrators under the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province was at a high level. 2. The comparison of ethical leadership of islamic private school administrators under the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province classified by variables of gender, age, the level of education and work experience in overall were no difference. 3. In addition, the executives are above the law and determine was successed but lack of guidance. 3.2 The suggestions about ethical leadership of islamic private school administrators under the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province found that administrators should be moderate, reasonable, honest have unity harmony, give fair treatment, understand co-workers, comply with the regulations of the organization and continuously motivate personnel.
