Creative Leadership of School Administratorsand Personnel Administration of Schools under the Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of creative leadership of school Administrators 2) to study the level of personnel administration of schools 3) to compare the creative leadership classified by gender, work experience, and school size 4) to compare personnel administration of School swhich classified by gender, work experience, and school size 5) to study the relationship between creative leadership and school personnel administration 6) to process the recommendations of school Administration creative leadership and school personnel administration. The sample was 325 people. the research tool is the 4-part questionnaire, used in data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient,
T-test, and F-test.
The research findings revealed that 1) creative leadership of school administrators, the overall level was at a high level 2) personnel Administration of schools, overall was at a high level 3) a comparison of the creative leadership of school administrators which classified by gender, work experience and the size of the school found that the overall image was not different 4) the comparison of personnel Administration of Schools which classified by gender, work experience and size of school found that the overall image was not different
5) The overall relationship between creative leadership and school personnel Administration was positively correlated with personnel Administrationat the 0.01 level of statistical significance 6) as follows: school Administrators must have the ability to express themselves through vision, fair recruitment and appropriate allocation of personnel, fair and clear performance appraisals,
