التعزية في الفقه الإسلامي دراسة تطبيقية في منطقة كاوتوم يأرانج فطاني

Abstract

ABSTRACT

                This documentary research was aimed at investigating (1) mournful expression in the Islamic law; and (2) problems of mournful expressions of Muslims at Khaotum Village, Yarang District, Pattani Province of Thailand. To achieve the first objective, the obtained data were analyzed based on accurately approved viewed of Islamic scholars. Then, interviews of community scholars and leaders, the committee of Masjid and relevant people were conducted to answer the second question.

            The findings indicated the following:

         1.            Mournful expression is defined as visiting the relatives of the dead person to console them and pray to Allah for the dead person.

        2. According to the Hadith, there are total eight sayings relating to mournful expression.

        3. The value of mournful expression is that both visitors and the dead person shall be divinely rewarded in the Hereafter.

        4. The significance of mournful expression is a divine reward from consoling and praying for people in tragedy.

        5. Mournful expression is allowed in the Islamic law.

        6. Mournful expression is limited to three days in some scholars’ views. On the other hand, there is no any limitation on the length of time for mournful expression.

        7. It is allowed for mournful expression at home unless there is odd practice

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยเรื่อง “การแสดงความเสียใจและปลอบโยนญาติผู้ตายในอัชชารีอะฮฺอิสลาม กรณีศึกษาการแสดงความเสียใจและปลอบโยนญาติผู้ตายของหมู่ชนบ้านเขาตูม มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) การแสดงความเสียใจและปลอบโยนญาติผู้ตายในอัชชารีอะฮฺอิสลามและเพื่อศึกษา 2) ปัญหาการแสดงความเสียใจและปลอบโยนญาติผู้ตายของหมู่บ้านเขาตูมในพื้นทียะรังปัตตานี  การวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงเอกสารโดยมีการสืบค้นศึกษาอ่านและนำข้อมูลที่กำหนดมาวิเคราะห์และอธิบายตามทัศนะคติของอุละมาอ์พร้อมสนับสนุนทัศนะที่ถูกต้องและได้ลงพื้นที่สัมภาษณ์บุคคลกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากบรรดาผู้รู้ในพื้นที่และผู้นำและคณะกรรมการมัสยิดและบุคคลอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

            ผลการวิจัยเรื่อง การแสดงความเสียใจและปลอบโยนญาติผู้ตายในกฎหมายอิสลามปรากฏว่า 1 การแสดงความเสียใจและปลอบโยนญาติผู้ตาย คือ การไปแสดงความปลอบใจแก่ญาติผู้ตายและการขอดูอาร์ให้แก่ศพ  2 สำนวนการแสดงความเสียใจและปลอบโยนญาติผู้ตายต่อศพมีทั้งหมด 8 สำนวนดังที่ได้ปรากฏในหะดีษ 3 คุณค่าของการแสดงความเสียใจและปลอบโยนญาติผู้ตาย คือ ได้รับผลบุญจากอัลลอฮฺในวันกียามะฮฺแก่ผู้แสดงความเสียใจต่อผู้ตายและผู้ตาย 4 วิทยปัญญาของการไว้อาลัย คือ การให้ความปลอบใจและดูอาร์ต่อผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติเพื่อได้รับผลบุญ 5 บทบัญญัติเกี่ยวกับการแสดงความเสียใจต่อผู้ตาย เป็นสิ่งอนุมัติในบทบัญญัติอัชชารีอะฮฺอิสลาม 6 ข้อจำกัดในการแสดงความเสียใจต่อผู้ตายมีกำหนดไว้สามวันในบางทัศนะหรือไม่กำหนดวันในทัศนะอื่น 7 บทบัญญัติการแสดงความเสียใจต่อผู้ตายที่บ้านผู้ตาย เป็นที่อนุมัติเมื่อห่างไกลจากการก่ออุตริและสิ่งที่น่าเกลียด
