Abstract

Education is a learning process to achieve prosperity for individuals and society. In-school supervision management is very important to help provide quality education to be successful and effective. In--school supervision management has three major components, namely 1) the personnel comprising the Executive Board of Supervisors. And teachers who supervised 2) component framework for internal supervision consists of technical work. And the promotion of culture and 3) the structure of in-School supervision.
