แนวทางการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาเพื่อสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองโลกของ โรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นที่ตั้งบริเวณในเขตเมืองและชายขอบ

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to (1) study the current states (2) study the problems and (3) find the guideline of the school management for being global citizenship of schools under local administrative organization appropriately. The population is the schools in urban and border area in Thailand. The research framework is Oxfam (2015) school management guidelines for encouraging the global citizenship. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics: Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. The findings were as follows.

 (1) The current states of urban schools are the school ethos is the highest state (Mean = 3.60) and the staff development is the lowest state (Mean = 2.80) and the total average (Mean = 3.14). The border schools are School ethos is the highest state (Mean = 3.55) and the transition is the lowest state (Mean = 2.73) and the total average (Mean = 3.07). (2) The problems of urban schools are the staff development is the most problem in the percentage of 49.68 and the participation is the less problem in the percentage of 34.19 and for the border schools are the transition and the community engagement is the most problem in the percentage of 44.00 and the participation is the less problem in the percentage of 26.29 (3) The guideline for school management is to create global citizenship under local administrative organizations where are located in urban area for the Staff Development is the administrators need to be the model of staff encouraging and supporting for being global citizenship. The school in border area for the transition is the school should set the obvious guidelines and create the school connection.
