Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the level of teachers’ work engagement at Wat rajabopit School and 2) study the relationship between teachers’ work engagement and job resources at Wat Rajabopit School. This study was descriptive research. The population used in this study were 106 teachers of Watrajabopit School. The data collection instrument used in this study was 5-level rating scaled questionnaire regarding the teachers’ work engagement and job resources. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.
The research found that: 1) The level of teachers’ work engagement at Wat Rajabopit School was at a high level.When considering the individual aspect, it indicated that the teachers have the highest level of work engagement in teaching followed by student development activities, general administration, school work and services, students counselling, human resources, while the work engagement in research had the lowest score at a moderate level.2) The relationship between work engagement and job resources of teachers at Wat Rajabopit School found that their job autonomy and relationship between colleagues had a positive relationship with work engagement, with statistical significance at .05 level.
