Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the state and problems, and propose guidelines for management of the EP in private kindergarten in Bangkok. Population in this research is EP in 4 private kindergartens in Bangkok. The respondents were 44 school staffs namely, principals, vice-principles in Academic Administration, heads of the English Program and Thai teachers. The research tool was questionnaire. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, S.D., and content analysis.
The findings showed that 1) in overview, Budgeting Administration has the least practice. The less practice are transforming strategic plan to operational plan, surveying the need of budgeting usage, and having budgeting allocation committee. 2) In overview, problem has low level, and Personal Administration has the highest mean scores which is the foreigner teachers are not graduated in Education field. 3) The guidelines for management. 3.1) Consider all relevant information and problems when making the plan. 3.2) Assign a responsible staff for each work. Follow all criteria and procedure, but flexible enough in order to maximize student’s benefit. Moreover, promote good relationships between school’s staff, and between school and community. 3.3) Check and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of each work in the departments. 3.4) Use the evaluation results to improve management in each department in order that the school will reach its objectives and produce the most valued output, outcome, and impact
