แนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วม ของโรงเรียนสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย นนทบุรี

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to 1) study the current state and the desirable state of the participative of stakeholder of Suankularbwittayalai Nonthaburi School. 2) propose the approach for  Participative Management of Suankularbwittayalai Nonthaburi School. This research is the descriptive research and the data were collected from chairmen of the school committee and chairmen of student committee of Suankularbwittayalai Nonthaburi School. The research tools were questionnaires and data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mode, means and PNImodified technique is used to analysis the demand’s priority of the Participative Management of Suankularbwittayalai Nonthaburi School.

The research’s result showed that the current state of Participative Management of 4 departments of Suankularbwittayalai Nonthaburi School were to involve level as follow : 1) The student affair department 2) The academic affair department 3) The general administration department and 4) The finance plan and human resource management department. In desirable situation, were in during Collaboration and empower level as follow : 1) The student affair department 2) The finance plan and human resource management department 3) The general administration department and 4) The academic affair department. After considering, the indexes and the Approach for  Participative Management of Suankularbwittayalai Nonthaburi School which should be developed were as follow : 1) Release the regulation and guideline for finance management 2) Public relation of education 3) Release the regulation or guideline of earning from property. 4) Set a policy and strategy plan of the school. 5) Checking and reporting of finance and budgeting. 6) Expense budgeting of the school. 7) Following regulation or Operational guidelines which Consistent and Focus on achievement and good governance. 8) Budgeting of the school. 9) Recruitment teacher and officer. And 10) Release the regulation about discipline of students.
