Abstract

This study was documentary research. The purposes of this research were 1) to study the conceptual framework of Spiritual leadership. 2) to study the conceptual framework of Developing spiritual leadership. A documentary synthesis method was used. The research instrument was records. Data were analyzed by content analysis.

The findings were as follows: 1. The conceptual framework of Spiritual leadership composed of 1) Vistion, 2) Altruistic love, 3) Hope/Faith 2. The conceptual framework of Developing spiritual leadership composed of 1) Developing communication skill and building positive corporate culture, 2) Setting school direction with vision and making decisions based on reason, 3) Thinking creatively for self development with dynamic change and can develop others, 4) Having sense of giving, 5) Values others, 6) Having self Awareness,
7) Compassion, 8) Courage, 9) Believe in the value of yourself and others, 10) Being friendly, 11) Being optimistic, 12) Open to Diversity, 13) Encourages and Solve a problem with peace, 14) Commitment to goals, 15) Faith in the school goals.
