แนวทางการส่งเสริมการคงอยู่ของครูโรงเรียนเอกชน ประเภทสามัญศึกษา: กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนปรียาโชติ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์
The main purpose of this research were: 1) study the factors of teacher retention
2) propose the approach for private school to retain teacher in private general education school. This research is qualitative research and data were collect by interview 1 principal and 3 teachers from Preeyachot School which has 90% retention rate. The data was
analyse by content analysis
The results of the research were 3 levels of teacher retention as the following : The approaches for teacher retention in private general education school are (1) Individual Factor; teachers receive fair compensation, welfare, well respected and career path. (2) Social Factor; social well-being , team working, get the feedback from supervisor board and good working environment. (3) Organization Factor; school Policy, performance and leadership of the leader to manage the school in a good governance and provide facilities to support teachers’ work for all teacher.
