การพัฒนาแบบวัดและการวิเคราะห์ระดับความสามารถทางวัฒนธรรมของครู

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดความสามารถทางวัฒนธรรมของครู 2) ศึกษาระดับความสามารถทางวัฒนธรรมของครู ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูที่สอนในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1- 6 จำนวน 395 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบวัดความสามารถทางวัฒนธรรมชนิดมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (rating scale) มีเนื้อหาที่ครอบคลุมองค์ประกอบความสามารถทางวัฒนธรรม 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ความรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมมีข้อคำถามจำนวน 12 ข้อ 2) ทักษะทางวัฒนธรรมมีข้อคำถามจำนวน 13 ข้อ 3) ความตระหนักทางวัฒนธรรมมีข้อคำถามจำนวน 14 ข้อ และ 4) ความสามารถในการสื่อสารมีจำนวนข้อคำถามจำนวน 11 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

(1) ผลการพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดความสามารถทางวัฒนธรรม จำนวนข้อคำถาม 50 ข้อ ที่พัฒนาจากการศึกษาเอกสารและการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ พบว่า มีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา มีค่า IOC 0.60 - 1.00 ความเที่ยงรายด้านเท่ากับ 0.74 - 0.88 และค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.93 มีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของแบบวัดความสามารถทางวัฒนธรรม (ค่าไคสแควร์ = 7.23, p = 0.12, องศาอิสระ = 4, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.98, RMR = 0.01)

(2) ผลการวิเคราะห์ระดับความสามารถทางวัฒนธรรมของครูอยู่ในระดับสูง

The research objectives were 1) to develop a cultural competence scale and 2) to examine the quality of the cultural competence scale. The samples consisted of 395 teachers from secondary schools (M.1-6). The cultural competence scale has a rating scale of 5 levels. It has 50 question items, divided into four components. 1) The cultural knowledge component has 12 items, 2) the cultural skill component has 13 items, 3) he cultural awareness component has 14 items, and 4) the communicative skill component has 11 items. The data of this research was analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, internal consistency reliability analysis by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis.

The research results were as follows: 1) The development of the cultural competence scale was developed from documentary analysis and qualitative data collection. The cultural competence scale has content validity by the IOC from 0.60 to 1.00. The reliability of each component was from 0.74 to 0.88, and The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.93. There was a construct validity proof by the confirmatory factor analysis. (Chi-square= 7.23, p = 0.12, degree of freedom = 4, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.98, RMR = 0.01)  2) The level of cultural competence of teachers is high.
