Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาการดำเนินงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน
ในสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 23 กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนคอนราดเฮงเค็ล
และโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านหนองดู่ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ครูใหญ่ จำนวน 2 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 13 คน
รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-Structured Interview) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า งานด้านหลักสูตรและการบริหารหลักสูตร มีการเตรียมบุคลากรเพื่อให้ดำเนินการใช้หลักสูตรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพโดยการส่งครูเข้าร่วมประชุมสัมมนา ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีการจัดกิจกรรมที่เน้นนักเรียน
เป็นสำคัญ จัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมตามหลักสูตรสมเด็จย่าและโครงการพัฒนาตามพระราชดำริ
สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี โดยการบูรณาการเข้ากับ 5 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ งานด้านการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน มีการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการเพื่อดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนทั้งนิเทศงานและนิเทศการสอน งานด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลการศึกษา มีการวัดผลและประเมินผลให้สอดคล้องกับผลการเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวังของหลักสูตร และงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา มีการพัฒนาระบบ กลไก การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน เพื่อใช้กำกับ ตรวจสอบ และประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาให้มีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ทั้งสองโรงเรียนได้ดำเนินงานตามแนวทางโครงการพัฒนาตามพระราชดำริ สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ที่ช่วยส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยการบูรณาการทักษะความรู้และทักษะชีวิต ทำให้นักเรียนมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี

The purpose of this research was to study the operation of academic task in border patrol police schools under border patrol police sub-division 23: The case study of Conrad Henkel border patrol police school and Nongdoo border patrol police school. The populations were principals and teachers of Conrad Henkel border patrol police school and Nongdoo border patrol police school, which consist of 2 principals and 13 teachers, or 15 people who provided information in the total. The research instruments used comprised of a semi-structured interview, and the data were analyzed based on content analysis. The Journal results showed that most of works regarding curriculum and curriculum administration had a preparation of human capital in order to effectively operate those works by encouraging their teachers to attend related seminars or courses. In terms of learning management, they established activities by centralizing their students and initiating the additional learning management in each focused topic, which rely on the King’s mother Project and the project development initiative HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn's. It was also integrated with 5 major learning areas as well. Regarding the work of in-school supervision, they established the board of committee for working, including administration supervision and instructional supervision. In case of the works of evaluation and assessment, they were consistent with the expected learning results of their curriculums. Meanwhile, the work of educational quality assurance was developed through the system and process of internal quality assurance in order to control, audit and assess the learning quality productively. Furthermore, the schools carefully operated their works by following the models of the project development initiative HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn's, which was able to support and positively effect on their learning management as well as the life-quality development of their students by creating the well-developed learning through the integration of related knowledge and skills.
