บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพขององค์การ 2) อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในงาน และ 3) บทบาทการเป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางของความพึงพอใจในงานในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับประสิทธิภาพขององค์การ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานครสามัญที่เป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 406 คน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ สุ่มตัวอย่างหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน วิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง และทดสอบสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพขององค์การ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 2) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อความพึงพอใจในงาน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .001 และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพขององค์การผ่านความพึงพอใจในงาน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 โดยความพึงพอใจในงานทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางบางส่วน (Partial Mediation) ในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับประสิทธิภาพขององค์การ สะท้อนให้เห็นว่า การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารกรุงเทพมหานครจะช่วยเสริมสร้างความพึงพอใจในงานของบุคลากรและส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพขององค์การอย่างยั่งยืน
