The Role of the Moral, Promoting Role of Sub - District Administrative Organization in krissana sub–distyict Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the moral promoting role of sub-district administrative organization in Krissana sub-district Bangplama district, Suphanburi province, 2) to compare the moral promoting role of sub-district administrative organization in Krissana sub-district Bangplama district, Suphanburi province and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions about the moral promoting role of sub-district administrative organization in Krissana sub-district Bangplama district, Suphanburi province.  This research was a mixed methods research of the qualitative and quantitative researches. The quantitative research was conducted by studying the samples of 363 respondents which selected by stratified random sampling of 3,905 persons who were populace of Krissana sub-district administrative organization Bangplama district Suphanburi province. The sample size derived from the Taro Yamane’s formula. The tool used for data collection was 5 levels rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One Way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Different: LSD. The quantitative research was conducted by In-depth interviewing the 8 key informants who were selected by purposive sampling. Data analyzing was used Descriptive Interpretation. The research findings were as follows:  1) The moral promoting role of sub-district administrative organization in Krissana sub-district Bangplama district, Suphanburi province in overall was at height level and ranked from the highest mean to the lowest mean was community development aspect in overall was at high level ( =-3.63, S.D. =.0.50), educational promotion aspect in overall was at high level ( = 3.75, S.D. =.0.39) and knowledge and mind development for community aspect in overall was at high level ( =-3.39, S.D. =.0.24. 2) The comparison of populace toward the moral promoting role of sub-district administrative organization in Krissana sub-district Bangplama district, Suphanburi province separated by personal factor found that the samples who were different of gender educational level occupation and income per month were not different opinions and the samples who were age different were different opinions at 0.05. 3) The problems and obstacles of the moral promoting role of sub-district administrative organization in Krissana sub-district Bangplama district, Suphanburi province found that knowledge and mind development for community aspect lacked materialism protection, lacked moral development and the juvenile were not interested in Buddhist Dhamma, educational promoting aspect lacked the time for experience training together, lacked the moral course teaching in academy. Suggestions were should have moral training and promoting for populace, should have project of experience training together, should have moral project for populace and should promote the moral to create the good values in community.
