Development of Human Capital According to Buddhist Method

Abstract

This article was academic article that the author wish to present Buddhism for human capital development. The human capital were the main important factors that drove the effectiveness in present organization. The key performance indicators for production of person and nation would become to the potential of person for their knowledge by investment in education, training and quality of life such as Japan, Taiwan Hongkong, South Korea and another countries that thought that the human capital development for their best education, good health, high ability and good quality of life that all would be brought the nation was accomplished.  The Buddhism had the method and way for human capital development by develop their knowledge, skill, ability and good attitude and they would become to “The Complete human” and “ Good & Merit person”
