Abstract

              This article aims to present legal issues in human resource management in private sector in Thailand. A literature review was conducted and used as a guideline in formulating the content of this paper. The content of this paper is separated into five parts. The first part is the introduction of the significance of the study while the second part describes the scope of human resource management framework. The third part summarizes the content and penalty prescribes in each major legislation related to human resource management selected and used this study. The fourth part reviews the legal issues related to human resource management; and finally in the last part some conclusions will be drawn and some recommendations will be proposed for further study and practice.
