Abstract

          The main objectives of this study are: To study the level of public opinion toward the promotion of political culture in democracy of local politicians. and to study the process of promoting political culture in democracy of local politicians in Samphanthawong area. Bangkok is a quantitative research The sample used to study from Taro Yamane's opening table with a degree of error of not more than 95%. Number of 400 people. Collecting data from communities in Samphanthawong area, including. Chakkrawat, 120 people. Samphanthawong, 150 people. and Talat Noi Subdistrict, 130 people. The 4S questionnaire was used as a study tool. Data was analyzed by percentage determination. Mean and Standard Deviation. and test the hypothesis by finding the t-test, F-test The study found that

          The level of public opinion found that the overall level of opinion was at a high level. (= 3.93) The aspect with the highest level of opinion was Promotion of democratic political culture (= 3.97) and the promotion of participatory political culture (= 3.89) The process of enhancing political culture in democracy for local politicians in Samphanthawong area Bangkok found that The overall level of opinions is at a high level. (= 4.07) The aspect with the highest level of opinion was the process of political refinement. (= 4.08) and the process of values, attitudes, political culture (= 4.07). Suggestions from the study showed that the space for expression or political culture should be arranged for the people in the area. And organize activities to watch documentaries about supporting democratic culture. history to cultivate a culture and prevent the political cycle that happened in the past and to use the results of the political culture of the past as a guideline for future development.
