This article aims were 1) to study motivation and transformational leadership affect performance efficiency and organization commitment under The Authority of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office one, and 2) Analyze a causal relationship of motivation and transformational leadership affect performance efficiency and organization commitment under The Authority of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office one. The data collected by questionnaires, testing with 290 teachers who was under The Authority of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office one. The research sampling was connivance sampling. The reliability value was 0.815 of the questionnaires. The statistical analyzed data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the confirmation component analysis.
Results of the research showed that; Overall, teacher of The Authority of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office one had motivation and transformational leadership at a moderately level and had the performance efficiency and organization commitment at a high level. An analyze results a causal relationship of motivation and transformational leadership affect performance efficiency and commitment under The Authority of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office one found that the model was congruent with the empirical data which a according of hypothesis. The guideline for commitments and performance efficiency strengthening of teachers found that the transformational leadership would be strengthening inspiration of teachers by encouraged teachers understand to the goals to development organization together and make the trust to overcome obstacles and build the morale and encouragement always to do the work for lively and positive attitude between teachers together.
