Factors Affect the Sustainable of Tha Nam Nonthaburi Community Development

Abstract

This article aims to study 1) The level of factor affects the sustainable of Tha Nam Nonthaburi community development. 2) An analyze factor affects the sustainable of Tha Nam Nonthaburi community development. The data collected by questionnaires, testing with 385 persons who people live at Tha Nam Nonthaburi community. The research sampling was connivance sampling. The reliability value was 0.834 of the questionnaires. The statistical analyzed data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.

Results of the research showed that 1) the factor affects the sustainable of Tha Nam Nonthaburi community development was at a highest level ( = 3.676, S.D. = 0.505) and the sustainable of Tha Nam Nonthaburi community development was at a high level ( = 3.790, S.D. = 0.534). And found that the factor affects the sustainable of Tha Nam Nonthaburi community development consists of human resource development, participation, learning, management and self-reliance factors did predict the sustainable development of Tha Nam Nonthaburi community with 40.80 percentages (R² = 0.408) with significant at 0.05 level. As for the sustainable of Tha Nam Nonthaburi community development guidelines; The government should establish guidelines to Tha Nam Nonthaburi community development clearly formality and the government should importance to develop community leaders to correct understanding the stages of community development. The government agencies should establish good relationship to people by a good communication to community and providing opportunity to people for shared opinions and exchange information about Tha Nam Nonthaburi community development needs for respond truly needs of people.
