Development of Personnel Card Data Management Information System Via the WebSite

The purpose of this research: firstly, to Development Information System for managing personnel card data via the website. and secondly, to efficiency evaluation Information System for managing personnel card data via the web.  The samples of this study were 12 member is  administrators and personnel in the administrative group Nakhon Sawan Provincial Office. The simples were selected through a purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this research is Information System for managing personnel card data and a efficiency evaluation form.  The statistics used in this research were percentage, mean and standard deviation. 

The result showed 1) Information System for managing personnel card data via the website can manage various data related to manage personnel card information, manage card information. Search for information on various types of cards. Report on all card issuances Report on card issuance with corrected information Daily card issuance report, month, year and card issuance report Those who retire during the fiscal year Helps to reduce the time Reduce operational steps, manpower, and operating resources. 2) The result of the Information System for managing personnel card data via the website performance assessment were at the highest level of overall assessment (=4.58). 3) Guidelines and suggestions In the future, there may be guidelines for creating electronic cards in the form of Digital ID by referring to the requirements and standards set by the Electronic Transactions Development Agency. (Public Organization) or ETDA has already been prepared and can be applied.
