Abstract

The committee is a tool or mechanism in the operation of the parliament since the parliament has an extensive authority and duty that stretches over every dimension of the country including the consideration of various problems and legislation. The parliament needs to know the facts and various possibilities that are pertinent to the decision. With the tremendous amount of work, limited time period, and different background of the members of the parliament, the parliament is obliged to set up a committee that is composed of a group of able individuals. These people are responsible for the consideration of specific law or any other matter that is under authority and function of the parliament as well as other assigned work. It is beneficial to the senators to deeply understand problems while the committee is flexible in carrying out activity.
