Abstract

The purpose of this research were to study (1) level of psychological quality of working life psychological-situational characteristics and academic employee engagement (2) factors affecting employee engagement behavior with reference to faculty members of Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University


The finding found as follows level of psychological psychological-situational and academic employee engagement characteristics in generally were in quite high level but quality of working life characteristics in generally were in high level. Factors affecting academic employee engagement in innovative behavior as significant statistics were opportunity to participate in management growth and security need for achievement favorable attitudes towards work. Factors affecting academic employee engagement in citizenship behavior as significant statistics were growth and security adequate and fair compensating and favorable attitudes toward work
