Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the status of followers that affect the operational efficiency of the Office of Policy and Planning and 2) to study the efficiency of the Office of Defense Policy and Planning personnel. The researcher collected data from a sample of 235 individuals. Statistics used for data analysis included percentage (Percentage), frequency (Frequency), mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), and hypothesis testing. Using statistics, multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis) was performed using a stepwise method.

The research results found that the overall level of followership in the performance of personnel in the Office of Policy and Planning was high.
When considering each aspect, they are arranged from highest to lowest average: Effective followers have the highest value. Next are passive followers. Those who follow the pattern work to survive. Adaptive followers and distant followers, respectively. Overall, the level of efficiency in the work of the Office of Policy and Planning personnel is high. When considering each aspect, arranged from highest to lowest average, it is as follows: Accuracy in work performance is most valuable, followed by success on time.
