In depth interviews with key informants to study the state of public health quality of life problems of the elderly in Bonkai Development Community, Pathumwan District, Bangkok and to use the results of the study as a guideline to improve the quality of public health quality of the elderly in Bonkai Development Community, Pathumwan District, Bangkok. The results of the research showed that the quality of life problems in the public health of the elderly In the community, the elderly lack knowledge and understanding of their own health and pay too little attention to their bodies due to various factors and have chronic medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure. And there are also elderly people who have feelings of anxiety, feelings of loneliness, loneliness. Feelings of worthlessness, feelings of inferiority, lack of family care, and loss or separation from close or loved ones. The elderly live in crowded communities with limited space. Organize and maintain cleanliness in the house. There are no public facilities suitable for the elderly.
