Abstract
The objectives of this research article are to study 1. The level of perceived support from organizations in entering retirement age. 2. Level of preparation for entering retirement age. and 3. Factors of perceived organizational support that influence preparation for retirement of operational employees. An electronics manufacturer In Pathum Thani Province It is quantitative research. The sample group in the research was operational employees with a working tenure of 5 years or more from a private company limited, a manufacturer of electronic equipment. In Pathum Thani Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were collected from a sample of 312 people in the research. Data were analyzed by finding frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Test the hypotheses by testing the factors of perceived organizational support that influence preparation for retirement of operational employees. With Multiple regression analysis: Enter.
The results of the research found that 1. The overall level of perceived support from the organization by operational level employees is a very high level. 2. The overall level of preparation for retirement of operational level employees is very high. 3. Factors of perceived organizational support that influence preparation for retirement of operational employees.
