Usage Quality Factor that Affects the Acceptance of Enterprise Resource Planning System on Cloud Computing of Intelligence Innovation Company Limited

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to 1) study the quality factors of using enterprise resource planning systems on cloud computing, 2) study the acceptance of enterprise resource planning systems on cloud computing, and 3) Study the quality factors affecting the adoption of enterprise resource planning systems based on cloud computing of Intelligence Innovation Company Limited. The sample group is 152 employees who work related to the use of the cloud computing enterprise resource planning system of Intelligence Innovation Company Limited. The research instrument is a questionnaire that has been passed. Finding the Index of item objective congruence (IOC) from 3 experts. Statistics used include percentages, averages, standard deviations. and multiple regression analysis

          The results of the research found that 1) Quality factors in the use of enterprise resource planning systems based on cloud computing were found to be trust. has the highest mean (  = 4.38, S.D. = 0.6734), 2) The results of the study of acceptance of the cloud computing enterprise resource planning system found that the attitude towards use has the highest average (  = 4.62, S.D. = 0.5985), and 3) Factors in quality of use that affect the acceptance of enterprise resource planning systems based on cloud computing were found to be trust, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and security, and education have an effect on the acceptance of the cloud computing enterprise resource planning system of Intelligence Innovation Company Limited with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
