Factors affecting foreigners' decision to purchase a condominium In Pattaya City, Chonburi Province

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the political opinions of foreigners who purchased condominiums in Pattaya, Chonburi Province. The study also aims to investigate the decision-making process of foreigners who purchased condominiums in Pattaya, Chonburi Province, to compare the decision-making process of foreigners who purchased condominiums in Pattaya, Chonburi Province, classified by personal factors, and to identify factors that affect the decision-making process of foreigners who purchased condominiums in Pattaya, Chonburi Province. The study used questionnaires to collect data from a sample of 384 foreigners who purchased condominiums in Pattaya. The data were then analyzed using independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis.
The research findings show that most foreigners who purchased condominiums in Pattaya are male, aged 41-50, married, employed as company employees, have an average monthly income of 50,001-100,000 baht, and are domiciled in Europe. They have a high level of opinion about business strategies and a high level of decision-making to purchase condominiums in Pattaya, Chonburi Province. The results of hypothesis testing show that foreigners with different occupations and average monthly incomes have significantly different decision-making processes to purchase condominiums in Pattaya, Chonburi Province at the 0.05 level. Opinions on current Thai politics, which include aspects of strengthening democratic political culture, educational system development, economic system development, and social development, are statistically significantly related to the decision-making process of foreigners who purchased condominiums in Pattaya, Chonburi Province at the 0.05 level.
