The Influence of Teamwork Factors, Transformational Leadership and Perceived Organizational Support Affect Efficiency Performance of Revenue Department Organization Officials

Abstract

This article aims were to study 1) The level of teamwork factors, transformational leadership and perceived organizational support effect efficiency performance of Revenue Department Organization officials. 2) A causal relationship of Teamwork factors, transformational leadership and perceived organizational support effect efficiency performance of Revenue Department Organization officials, and 3) The influence of teamwork factors, transformational leadership and perceived organizational support effect efficiency performance of Revenue Department Organization officials. The data collected by questionnaires, testing with 325 samplings who Revenue Department Organization officials. The research sampling was connivance sampling. The reliability value was 0.892 of the questionnaires. The statistical analyzed data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the confirmation component analysis.

Results of the research showed that 1) The official of Revenue Department Organization had opinions to teamwork factors at a high level, transformational leadership was at a high level, perceived organizational support was at a high level and efficiency performance of revenue Department organization officials was at a high level. 2) A causal relationship models of teamwork factors, transformational leadership and perceived organizational support effect efficiency performance of Revenue Department Organization officials were congruent with the empirical data which an according of hypothesis. And 3) The efficiency performance of Revenue Department Organization officials was caused by the direct effect of teamwork factors (DE = 0.557), the indirect effect (IE = 0.414), the direct effect of transformational leadership (DE = 0.522), the indirect effect (IE = 0.277), and the direct effect of perceived organizational support (DE = 0.361). In addition, perceived organizational support was caused by teamwork factors (DE = 0.143) and transformational leadership (DE = 0.245), with a predictive value of 65.2 percentage. The indicated that the Revenue Department Organization officials had a good knowledge, strong abilities and a highly responsible to assigned work tasks. Including that understanding the nature of the work and good management affected enables the work successful and effectiveness.
