This study aims to analyze and evaluate the performance efficiency of government officials by utilizing key administrative frameworks, including Max Weber's Bureaucratic Theory, Frederick W. Taylor's Scientific Management, Henri Fayol's POCCC Theory, Lyndall Urwick and Luther Gulick's POSDCoRB Theory, and McKinsey's 7S Model. Each of these frameworks plays a crucial role in developing effective public sector management strategies. The effective public sector management requires the integration of various administrative concepts to establish a structured, transparent, and highly efficient working system. Emphasis is placed on organizational structure, administrative systems, and shared values among personnel. Furthermore, planning, control, and efficient human resource utilization are critical factors contributing to the success of government agencies. The results of this study can be applied as a guideline to enhance the efficiency of government officials in alignment with contemporary social and economic contexts.
