Academic Management Innovation of the Primary Schools Under Samut Prakan Primary Education Service Area Office2 Based on the Concept of Educational Innovator’s Skills

Abstract
The purposes were 1) to study the priority needs of academic management innovation of the primary schools under SPN2 based on the concept of educational innovator’s skills 2) to study best practices of academic management innovation Based on the concept of educational innovator’s skills 3) to develop innovations in academic management of the primary schools under SPN2 Based on the concept of educational innovator’s skills. The sample consisted of 302 school administrators and teachers. Data were collected using questionnaires and interview forms. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation was analyzed and analyze the qualitative data with inductive analysis. The results of the research showed 1) The top priority needs of academic management innovation of the primary schools under SPN2 is teaching supervision (PNI Modified = 0.014), measurement and evaluation (PNI Modified = 0.008) study best practices (1) School administrators important (2) Schools administrators drive the teaching supervision system will support teachers in organizing teaching in accordance with the school's curriculum (1) The measurement and evaluation policy promote student learning through a variety of methods (2) Planning, formatting, measurement and evaluation criteria are important. consists of 2 sub-innovations (1) Supervision Management Innovation Enhancing Teacher’s Develop Educational Innovator skills focus on Questioning Skills and Idea Networking Skills (2) Measurement and Evaluation Management Innovation Enhancing Teacher’s Develop Educational Innovator skills focus on Observing Skills and Creative thinking skills
