Abstract

            This study on the “Administrative Justice of the Administrative Court in Cases of Personnel Transfer in Subdistrict Administrative Organizations Affecting the Entitlement to Annual Performance Bonuses” aims to: (1) examine the legal framework and the role of the Administrative Court in reviewing the legality of personnel transfer orders issued by Subdistrict Administrative Organizations (SAOs); (2) analyze the impacts of such transfer orders on the rights and benefits of personnel, particularly the entitlement to annual performance bonuses; and (3) propose legal measures to strengthen the protection of the rights of local government personnel in accordance with the rule of law and the principle of fairness. This research adopts a qualitative research methodology. The study involves the analysis of legal documents, Administrative Court judgments, and relevant concepts and theories in administrative law. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with experts in administrative law and local personnel administration. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis and were subsequently synthesized in accordance with relevant legal principles.
