The findings revealed that: 1) Cultural councils play a significant role in the development of OTOP products in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. Their roles include promoting and selecting local wisdom to be developed into products, facilitating collaboration networks between communities and various sectors, and serving as a central coordinating body among relevant agencies. 2) The process of network building for OTOP development consists of organizing collaborative activities with public and private sectors, providing training and knowledge transfer to communities, and establishing supporting mechanisms at the local level to ensure effective implementation. 3) The development guidelines for OTOP products should emphasize cultural-based product development by utilizing cultural capital and local wisdom to create added value. This includes designing products that reflect community identity and developing product storytelling. In addition, product standards should be enhanced through improvements in product quality, packaging, and production processes to ensure reliability and standardization. Furthermore, innovation and digital marketing should be applied, such as selling products through online platforms and promoting them via social media. These approaches contribute to increasing product value and enhancing the competitiveness of community products in a sustainable manner.
