The Influencing of Knowledge Management and Organizational Agility on Corporate Social Responsibility in Enhancing Operational Effectiveness of Rajabhat Universities in the Rattanakosin Grouple

Abstract

The mission of Rajabhat University is to produce quality graduates, support development research and academic service for community, but in practice they are still unable to integrate knowledge management with main purpose as a result of inefficient operation. This mixed research aimed to study knowledge management, organizational agility, corporate social responsibility in enhancing operational effectiveness and create a model in the Rattanakosin Group. Population comprise of 4,805 executives, lecturers and staff, 360 calculated sample size and 36 key informants, using a questionnaire/interview. Analyzed data by descriptive statistics, structural equation modeling and contents analysis. Research results revealed that 1) An overview, respondents strongly agree with knowledge management, organizational agility, corporate responsibility and organizational performance effectiveness. 2) Knowledge management and organizational agility have a direct positive influence on corporate social responsibility and organizational performance effectiveness in accordance with research hypothesis. 3) Optimization model represented by structural equation modeling (SEM) have acceptance criteria index X² /df = 1.18, CFI = 1.00, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.95, RMSEA = 0.020 และ SRMR = 0.008 which can be used to improve knowledge management focusing on participation, human resource development and using technology for upgrading university operation achievement.
