Abstract

This study aimed to (1) examine the construct validity and (2) examine the component-level internal consistency reliability of an instrument measuring graduate students' satisfaction with teaching and learning management in the Educational Administration program, Faculty of Education, Dhonburi Rajabhat University The population comprised 220 graduate students, of whom 198 returned complete
questionnaires (90.00%), including 123 master's students and 75 doctoral students. The instrument was a 32-item, five-point rating scale covering six components: (a) content; (b) instructors; (c) thesis advisors; (d) teaching and learning processes; (e) media, technology, and innovation; and (f) measurement and evaluation. Data were analyzed using first-order confirmatory factor analysis with maximum likelihood estimation and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results showed that (1) the six correlated-factor measurement model fit the empirical data, χ²(449, N = 198)
= 460, p = .351, CFI = .99, TLI = .99, RMSEA = .01, SRMR = .05; standardized factor loadings ranged from .582 to .774, and inter-factor correlations were low (r = −.014 to .212); and (2) Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the six components ranged from .784 to .845, exceeding the .70 criterion for all components. The findings support the interpretation of component-level satisfaction scores within the context
examined.
