Abstract

The study of leadership and public administration revealed that the researcher, through document analysis, found that leaders who are skilled in managing political issues play a crucial role in fostering public confidence and strengthening social cohesion. Effective public administration creates a transparent and systematic political environment, benefiting both the economy and society sustainably. Strong relationships between leaders and citizens enhance political trust and mutual understanding in society. Politically knowledgeable leaders adept at resolving political issues can reduce conflicts and promote societal harmony. Therefore, having politically capable and ethical leaders is vital for advancing Thailand's economy and politics in the present day.
