Managing Employee Benefits in Organizations

This qualitative research aims to study whether organizations provide employee benefts comply with the Labor Law and consistent with benefts encouraged by government and the reasons that the organizations provide or do not provide the employee benefts. The fndings present three themes 1) business type and work characteristics 2) management philosophy, and 3) ability to pay. These three themes could be both supporting and hindrance factors to provide employee benefts. To encourage the employee benefts in organizations, the government should incorporate these three factors intoemployee beneft plan and help organizations to solve problems before implementing it.
