Abstract

This article aims to review the concept of the talent. The importance of talent and retaining talented employee in organizations. According to the competitive environment is dynamic and labor mobility is more freely. Organizations are challenge with constantly changing. Organizations have to manage talented employee in order to retain them as a competitive advantage.
