Influence of Perceived Organization Support and Perceived Supervisor support toward Job Performance of Employee in The Private University
Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) To study on the influence of organizational support perception to supervisors’ support perception, 2) To study on the influence of organizational support perception to employees’ performance. 3) To study on the influence of supervisors’ supports perception to employees’ performance, 4) To study on the influence of the mediator of supervisors’ support perception to the influence of
organizational support perception and performance.
Data were collected by questionnaires. The population was the administrative staff of a private university. The sampling was 165 persons. The data analyzed with both descriptive statistic using Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and inference statistic using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study were Organizational supports perception and Supervisors’ support had had impact on Job Performance, and Supervisors’ support perception has mediating effect on the relationship between Organization Support perception and Job Performance.
