Abstract

The employment rewards and team cooperation have bigger influence on employees’ satisfaction, and the leadership behavior, management behavior and job motivation also have some impacts on employees’ satisfaction, the incentive strategy for the employees as follow: administrator should motivate employees by reducing pressure and improving the welfare measures ways and build the employees trust and let them have a
good relationship with their working partners.
