摘要

工作回报和团队合作对员工满意度的影响较大，领导行为、管理措施和工作 激励对员工满意度也有一定的影响。提升员工满意度应从精神回报以及福利措施与待 遇 方 面 来 激 励 员 工 , 并 增 加 团 队 成 员 之 间 的 信 任 以 及 拉 近 团 队成员的关系。
