Leadership Strategy for motivating new generation employee
Abstract
This article emphasizes on behavior of new employees that called Generation Y who have working styles diversify in term of behavior such as organization values, ideas, attitudes and technology perception. However, it is not easy to create leadership who has qualifications that meet organization demand. Therefore, organization should develop the leaders by creating leadership strategic that called “Strategic leadership for new generation employee satisfaction”. The purpose of this article not only study Gen Y behavior but also study theory of motivation, strategic leadership for new employee satisfaction. The results from the study we can create 9 strategies. Finally, organizations and leaders have understanding of a variety of new generation employees by using these strategies for management.
