Abstract

A study to develop a conceptual framework for creative business network management of The Service of The Co-Operated Pharmacy in Thailand. This research gathers documents from books, articles, journals and content research by literature review with documentary research and various research works to develop variable factors of creative business network management of The Service of The Co-Operated Pharmacy. This is an important relationship between the organization and efforts that has been made to share resources as a key mechanism of operation approach.

The results revealed that creative business network management is in the effective management of inter-organizational business. It also creates a relationship of the organizational level. Moreover, it is the cornerstone of dynamic capability and marketing innovation capability in the effective of The Service of The Co-Operated Pharmacy performance.  This research summarizes and concludes a conceptual framework to creative business network management of The Service of The Co-Operated Pharmacy and a guideline for empirical research studies in the future.
