摘要

The research purpose was studied factor that affect to Organization Performance of Thai Auto Parts Industry. Research was quantitative research and questionnaires were constructed to be a tool to measure concept definition and data were collected from 343 people. The data was analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The study found that factors high positively affecting to Organization Performance of Thai Auto Parts Industry were
Supply Chain management (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.08) Innovation Capability (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.05) and Learning Organization (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.98), the significance level .05. The relationship of factors could explain the variation of customer satisfaction to 53.6 percent (R2 = .536).
